That’s the gymnastics without leaps and exercises forbidden for people with blood-vascular system problems. It strengthens particular parts of muscles and improves blood system functions. Adoption of suitably chosen music (for instance used in music therapy), properly selected breathing and stretching excercises and relaxing techniques enables nervous system toning, muscle tension reduction and psychical balance attainment.

Regular training helps reduce nervous tension during stressful situations by reminding the state of relaxation and ease achieved during exercising.
